What’s the best way to order?
For smaller quantities and for most home gardening orders, the best way to order is online in our shop. If you want to make a larger, bulk order, the best thing to do is send us an email on email@example.com or give us a call on 0429 020 008.
How quickly do we send your order?
In most cases, we send your order with 1 to 2 days of receipt. For all orders, we use Australia Post, mailing from country Victoria. So, you should receive your goods within the Australia Post’s normal delivery times.
If you place your order on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or any publicly‐recognised holidays, it will not be processed until the following business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process. These fees are based on weight and distance.
We use the standard Australia Post rates. We don’t add a handling fee or profit in any way from shipping fees.

How can I pay for my product?
We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards for all online or phone transactions. And don’t worry. Your details are secure with us. If you’d like to use another payment method, please contact us.
What shipping options are available?
As we process all orders within 1 to 2 days of receipt, your order should arrive within approximately 5 business days or less, depending upon your geographical location. Where possible, orders received by us before to 4pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the following day.
We’ll let you know if a product is out-of-stock.
How do I check the delivery status of my order?
Your can check your order status by logging into your account. Plus, an automated email notification will be sent to let you know about the progress of your order. To make changes to your order, please contact us for help.
What should you do if there’s a discrepancy in your order?
It is extremely important to check your order upon receipt. We want to make sure you get what you need, so please notify us straight away if there’s a shortage, damage or any other discrepancy with your order.
What happens if I order and you’re Out-Of-Stock or have to place my order on back-order?
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll notify you via email or telephone.
What is your returns policy?

If products are faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately. Once we’ve clarified the problem, a replacement product can be organised.
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as youcan. We can sort it out and arrange for the product’s return and the correct product is delivered. Please take care that the wrong items are not opened and remain in their original condition.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.
Do we ship to addresses outside Australia?
No – unfortunately, we do not ship outside Australia.
