Description

Looking for a convenient way to apply the best fertiliser to your home garden?

Biolink™ Brew Compost Tea Bags contain a super effective, organic fertiliser in a ‘teabag’ for your home garden.

  • Biolink™ Brew Compost Tea Bags include a unique blend of rich, high-quality microbials and other natural ingredients. They’ll help promote healthy plant growth and will feed your plants.
  • Each single-use ‘teabag’ contains water-soluble nutrients to encourage nutrient uptake from the soil.

Biolink Brew is an easy way to boost the nutrients in your plants.

We developed Biolink™ Brew Compost Tea Bags to help home gardeners grow nutritious vegetables, fruit trees, and all types of flowers and shrubs. And they don’t just help increase the nutrient and water-holding capacity of the soil. They also promote root development. This helps plants resist bacterial disease and cope better in a dry climate.

Why did we create a fertiliser in a ‘teabag’?

In a word – convenience. There’s no need to measure the quantity you need for each use. Just steep one tea bag per 9-10 litre watering can for up to 6 hours. Your brew is then ready to use.

We spoke to a lot of home gardeners who were finding that more granular fertilisers were clogging up their watering cans. Using our Biolink™ Brew Compost Tea Bags means that you have a ready-to-use, soluble ‘brew’ that’s safe and easy to use for potted plants and larger gardens.

And there’s no waste. Once you’ve used your ‘teabag’, it can be mixed in with your compost or dug into your garden near plant roots, creating a readily available source of nutrients.

They’re great for any size garden. They’re even suitable if you’re growing plants in small spaces. Biolink™ Brew Compost Tea Bags are ideal for fertilising your indoor plants.

Usage Instructions

Usage Instructions

Just like normal tea bags, each Biolink Brew ‘tea bag’ is made from a permeable and compostable material. This allows the composting microbes to readily seep into the water in your watering can for ready use on your plants.

  • Step 1: Add a single dose Biolink Brew compost tea bag to your watering can (one bag per 9-10 litres). Use water straight from the hose or tap.
  • Step 2: Leave the tea bag to brew for 4-6 hours. This gives it time to steep. (Due to the high level of microbials, there’s no need to steep overnight). Stir regularly.
  • Step 3: Pour directly onto plant roots and leaves as normal.
  • Step 4: Dispose of tea bag in your compost or when potting a plant, place it under the roots as a nutrient source.
You can also use your biodegradable compost tea bag as a Feeder Pack.
  • Step 1: Place one compost tea bag near the root zone of your potted plants or plants in your garden bed at planting or re-potting time.
  • Step 2: Once your plants are established, reapply once every 3 to 4 months as part.
Other ways to use Biolink Brew
  • For Pots and Hanging Baskets, water the soil using one Biolink Brew compost tea bag in a 9-10 litre watering can before planting.
  • When transplanting Vegetable or Flowering Plants, bury one Biolink Brew compost tea bag in the hole beneath the plant before you install the plant.
  • To fertilise Shrubs and Young Trees, place one Biolink Brew compost tea bag per every 30cm of plant height in the soil before you plant.
